TekScan™ Computerized Bite Analysis

The T-Scan Novus is a computerized occlusal analysis system that helps in the diagnosis and correction of occlusal disease (bite problems).  A sensor is placed in the patient’s mouth and a computer records the biting process.  This is the only technology that shows the measured force and the timing of occlusal surfaces coming together.  This allows Dr. Mamrick to have a clear picture of the patient’s bite and adjustments to the teeth can be made to center and equalize the bite.
