The NOMAD hand-held x-ray system is a safe and portable way of taking x-rays. Combined with digital sensors, we are able to take x-rays faster since the technician does not need to leave the room. This has proven helpful for patients with gag-reflexes as they don’t have to have the sensor in the mouth for very long.
